  Not sure if head office reads these reviews but I took my chance on these guys and paid the price....should have really read previous reviews! They run the biggest scam! I hired a car from these guys and was not even given a tour or a basic run through of the damage. I return the car and then they accuse me of damage! They honestly need to get their facts right before accusing people...I highly recommend people to take photos of the vehicle, before and after...if you really have a chance, just simply avoid Thrifty Parramatta altogether...they're the shoddiest of rental car dealers out there!

  Although they offer good prices, make sure you get there at least half an hour before your booking. In addition to this, make sure to ask them about the extra charges for credit/debit card (we knew about this after we paid since they were not "kind enough" to advise us about it. They just charged us and let us know that we were responsible for knowing this before hand. Well since we are responsible enough...we are letting you know that this is our first and last time we rent a car with your company ;)

  Horrible experience...if you want to be treated like an actual person, I would highly avoid this rental place. There is one bloke who will only serve you if you're female and good looking...otherwise you're dreaming to get service! Atrocious...waited so long and he ended up just pawning the keys to me...didn't even get the car out for me and I had to search for it in the whole car yard! Avoid at all costs!

  Arrogant Manager, wants to charge extra money top of their system for busy days. Bad attitude of manager. Other staff is good but they have to follow their Manger. Franchisee , that why Him said he is the one who sets the price. Never ever recommend
