    We contacted Michael H. (salesman) via email from Canada, before coming on our vacation to Australia. Right from the start, Michael was excellent to work with displaying a perfect combination of being genuine, taking us seriously, and keeping us laughing. We bought the van we looked at on the spot and received excellent customer service all the way through the purchase, including a thoughtful and sincere call from Michael the next day to see how we were doing with the vehicle. We're impressed with all the service we received (including a shuttle ride) and happy with our van! Highly recommended!
