    one of the worst possible commonwealth banks around. they refuse to take coins even when their machines play up. mind you its a bank. kinda their job. secondly they make you use the coin machine then tell you it will take 24 hours to clear. whats the problem when you deposit "your " money in the bank. constant hassle to join internet banking even when you do not trust the internet. or prefer to talk to a person. realistically the reason they want you to use the machine is so they can cut jobs. and they also have to do less work. save your self the trouble and find a better bank
