  Made a booking for a client to be taken to the airport and they cancelled the night before when they found out it will be paid for by cab charge by me at the airport. They said that they couldn't trust I would be there and the client wouldn't have money to pay for it. That's crazy! How do they know anyone who's going to hop in their cabs is going to pay for it. That fact is we prebooked it and they had no issues at all at the time but decided at the end of the day no? I took my business elsewhere and they had no issues with it. Disppointing Premier Cabs.

  Took ages to answer the call then when we booked the cab we waited outside for them and after 10 minutes we got a text saying they were approaching. No cab ever came onto our street and we tried calling them, 15 minutes later they answered and they said that the cab came and we weren’t outside waiting for it but we were outside as soon as we booked the cab. Then worker on the phone gave us attitute the whole call and was extremely passive aggressive and rude. Second cab came, starting to walk out and the cab drove off as we were walking to it. Second cab didn’t message about approaching or call. They also tried to say we gave the wrong address but gave the correct address 3 times. Unacceptable behaviour for a customer based system. Seriously, find ANY other cab service to go with, will be worth your money.

  They made me pay up front when I got in the cab and ended up over charging me. Why should payment be upfront when you d'ont know exactly how much it will be yet? Ridiculous.

  Poor service actually no service at all. Driver will drive past pickup location without informing passenger. They dont give you driver number so you cannot check with them. Happend twice. Definitely not booking though this waste of time service. Yuck

  Update: I booked them again for business and unfortunately they were +20min late for my pickup time (even though it's 6:30am). I have a flight to catch so it's a bit worrying. Online tracking says they're coming from far away (a suburb 15min drive away).

  I use their website to book. SMS on approach is a nice touch. Apple/Android Pay accepted in car. This is my preferred cab company.
